This website is operated by The Digital Agency LLC, a web design and digital marketing company licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these terms “we” and “us” mean The Digital Agency LLC, and “you” means anyone who uses this website or engages us for services. You can reach us at info@thedigitalagency.ae.

You are welcome to browse, read and share this site for your own business or personal use. You may not copy our designs, text, code or images for commercial use, scrape the site at scale, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use it in any way that breaks UAE law.

Prices shown on this site are starting points, not binding offers. Every engagement is defined by a written proposal that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. Where a proposal and this page disagree, the signed proposal applies.

Unless your proposal says otherwise, work begins once the agreed deposit is received, and the remaining fees are invoiced at the milestones listed in the proposal. Deposits, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables we produced for you. We keep ownership of our own pre existing tools, frameworks, internal libraries and know how, and of anything licensed from a third party such as stock photography, fonts and plugins, which remains subject to that provider’s licence. Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may show the finished work in our portfolio.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the text, images, logos, data and access credentials you give us, and you confirm you have the right to use them. We rely on timely feedback and approvals from your side, and delays there move the timeline.

Our work often depends on third party platforms such as hosting, domain registrars, analytics, advertising networks and payment providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and pricing, and we are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or decisions, for example the suspension of an advertising account.

We commit to the work described in your proposal, not to a specific ranking, traffic number, lead volume or revenue figure. Search engines, ad platforms and markets change, and outcomes depend on factors outside our control.

How we collect and handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

To the extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit or lost data.

We may update this page as our services change. The version published here when you engage us is the version that applies to that engagement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
